Retail Sales Associate

Role: Part-time Senior Sales Associate supporting the advancement of music education. Key Responsibilities Provide customer service on the sales floor to students, parents, and educators.Help customers select appropriate band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons.Perform store open and close duties.Process POS transactions accurately.Manage instrument rentals and related customer needs.Support merchandising and maintain presentation standards.Train and assist junior staff.Collaborate with school service representatives and work toward sales goals.Maintain an inclusive, student-focused environment aligned with community and performance culture. Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service and consultative sales abilities.Experience or comfort advising on musical instruments, rentals, and accessories.Accuracy and professionalism with POS and retail operations.Leadership skills to train and support other team members.Ability to collaborate with educators and school partners.Commitment to inclusion and a positive learning-oriented experience.
