Retail Sales Associate
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and connecting with each guest.
- Answer questions, make recommendations, and assist customers in their selection using product knowledge.
- Be familiar with the store layout to promptly answer customer questions and maintain stocking needs.
- Absorb and organize merchandise and process orders and exchanges/returns using the POS system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrate a professional appearance and behavior according to policies regarding dress and grooming standards and customer etiquette.
- Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Adhere to Stray Dog guidelines based on company tools, policies, and procedures.
- Keep the sales floor clean and in order throughout each shift.
- Perform opening and closing store duties as needed.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capable of learning about our products and POS system.
- Strong skills in communication, customer service, and organization.
- Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds.

At-Will Employment Agreement
