Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a warm smile and our signature greeting to create an exceptional shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to ask questions and make personalized product recommendations.
• Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge confidently.
• Support store displays, restocking, and maintaining a beautiful retail environment.
• Cross-train to assist in blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.

Requirements

• Passion for food, flavor, and making others feel welcome.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic technology.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Pay

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
