Responsibilities

• Provide stellar customer service to guests
• Maintain inventory levels and price products
• Blend, package, and label spices, seasonings, and loose‑leaf teas
• Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and recipes
• Measure ingredients and follow recipes, applying math skills
• Operate the cash register, greet guests, and assist them in finding items
• Restock shelves and keep the shop tidy
• Open and close the shop; serve as a keyholder
• Prepare and brew teas for take‑out at the Tea Bar

Requirements

• Proven track record of excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work primarily opening shifts, 4–5 days per week
• Basic math proficiency for measuring and pricing
• Barista experience is a plus

Pay

$14.00 per hour plus a monthly bonus based on daily average sales and tips.
