Responsibilities

• Deliver stellar customer service, welcoming guests with trademarked opening lines and follow-up interactions
• Maintain inventory levels on shelves, counters, and tables; notify management of low stock
• Price merchandise with labels, SKUs, prices, and locations
• Blend and package products as needed
• Assist customers by locating merchandise, answering product questions, and providing usage suggestions to build rapport
• Maintain current product knowledge through reading and training
• Comply with store operating standards and procedures
• Contribute to daily store maintenance and chores

Preferred Skills

• Proven customer focus with stellar service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, reading scales, and following recipes

Pay

$10.00 - $13.00 per hour
