About the Role

Saatva is looking for dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide network of state-of-the-art Viewing Rooms. Sleep Guides are the heartbeat of every brick-and-mortar retail location, providing an immersive and elevated experience with our full range of mattresses. You will embody Saatva luxury with sophisticated service, expert knowledge of our products, and a genuine desire to help others discover the power of a great night’s sleep.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
• Clearly communicate product benefits, address customer inquiries, and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain timely and regular attendance during all scheduled shifts.
• Be available to work weekends and major retail holidays.
• Deliver a world-class experience to our customers.
• Become a product expert to confidently assist customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve both basic and complex issues via phone, live chat, and in-person interactions on the showroom floor.

Requirements

• Preferred: 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (we’re willing to train the right candidate).
• Additional preferred experience: 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport effortlessly with customers and team members.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Well-organized with excellent multitasking skills and a commitment to completing tasks with high-quality results.
• Comfortable using personal computers and related software, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Positive attitude (we value and hire nice people!).
