About the Role

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide network of state-of-the-art Viewing Rooms. As a Sleep Guide, you’ll be the heartbeat of our brick-and-mortar retail locations, providing an immersive and elevated experience with our full range of mattresses. You’ll embody Saatva luxury through sophisticated service, expert knowledge of our products, and a genuine desire to help customers discover the power of a great night’s sleep.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
• Clearly communicate product benefits, address customer inquiries, and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain timely and regular attendance as a key performance expectation during all scheduled shifts.
• Be available to work weekends and major retail holidays.
• Deliver a world-class experience to customers.
• Become a product expert to confidently assist customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, live chat, and in-person interactions on the showroom floor as needed.

Requirements

• Preferred: 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (willing to train the right candidate).
• Additional preferred experience: 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Well-organized with excellent multitasking skills and a commitment to high-quality results.
• Comfortable using personal computers and related software, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
