About the role

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide network of state-of-the-art Viewing Rooms. These positions are ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and knowledgeable about Saatva's full range of mattresses and bedding.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
• Clearly communicate product benefits, address customer inquiries, and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain timely and regular attendance as a key performance expectation during all scheduled shifts.
• Be available to work weekends and major retail holidays.

Experience And Skills Needed

• PREFERRED: 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; however, we're willing to train the right candidate!
• ADDITIONAL: 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience is preferred.
• EXCEPTIONAL ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
• STRONG INTERPERSONAL ABILITIES TO BUILD RAPPORT EASILY WITH CUSTOMERS AND TEAM MEMBERS.
• A PASSION FOR DELIVERING OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES.
• WELL-OPTIMIZED WITH EXCELLENT MULTITASKING SKILLS AND A COMMITMENT TO COMPLETING TASKS WITH HIGH-Quality RESULTS.
• COMFORTABLE USING PERSONAL COMPUTERS AND RELATED SOFTWARE, WITH THE ABILITY TO NAVIGATE MULTIPLE PLATFORMS SIMULTANEOUSLY.
• POSITIVE ATTITUDE (WE VALUE AND HIRE NICE PEOPLE!).

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a world-class experience to our customers.
• Become a product expert to confidently assist customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve both basic and complex issues via phone, live chat, and in-person interactions on the showroom floor as needed.
