Role Overview

As a Retail Associate, you will embody the “Just Do It” mindset by providing exceptional service to customers, helping them discover products that inspire movement and achievement. You will build brand trust and loyalty through in-store interactions, knowledge sharing, and creating a welcoming environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to perform tasks like bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting hourly rate of $16.50
