Responsibilities

• Help customers find the perfect fit for their shoes and gear.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Train and assist customers in using store equipment and facilities.
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for fitness and wellness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Knowledge of various shoe and gear brands.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
