PT Senior Sales Associate (Music & Arts) Lead retail sales for band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons while providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and educators. Mentor and support sales associates to ensure a high-performing, student-focused, performance-driven experience. Key Duties Drive sales and guide customers in selecting the right instruments and servicesManage rentals and promote lessons and related education programsOpen and close the store and process customer transactionsSupport merchandising, product display standards, and inventory activitiesPartner with local schools to promote music education initiativesCollaborate with educators to support student success and program awareness Qualifications & Skills Strong sales ability with a customer-first, service-oriented mindsetExperience working with music instruments and/or education programs is preferredLeadership skills to mentor and coach other sales associatesComfort with retail operations, merchandising support, and inventory awarenessExcellent communication and collaboration with students, families, and educators
