Retail Sales Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking Sales Associates to join our team. This role involves contributing to overall salesmanship and customer experience within our stores. Key responsibilities include exceeding customer expectations through attentive listening, product recommendation, and closing sales.

What You Will Achieve

• Greet customers and engage in friendly conversations to understand their shopping needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on POP MART core business information, including characters, products, and company history.
• Offer product recommendations and assist customers in making informed product decisions.
• Use the cash register to process customer transactions.
• Support product shipment deliveries and organize the stockroom.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Drive sales of POP MART key products such as Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You Will Need

• 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience.
• Confidence and comfort in engaging customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages (a plus).
• At least 18 years of age.
