Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Help customers find what they are looking for and make recommendations based on their needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Purchase gently used quality kids’ clothing, shoes, toys, books, and baby gear from our customer base
• Maintain the appearance of the store by organizing merchandise, stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean
• Participate in in-store events and promotions
• Work collaboratively with other team members and provide an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service, preferred but not required
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend shift
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds (occasionally more)

Qualifications

• Passionate about fashion and kids’ clothing and shoes
• Outgoing and friendly with excellent communication skills
• A quick learner who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with great attention to detail
• A team player who is able to work collaboratively with others
• A self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently
• Flexibility with work schedules; holidays and weekends are a must
• Able to effectively communicate our Buy Policy to our customers
• Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
