Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you're the face of that experience — welcoming customers of all ages, helping them find exactly what they're looking for, and making sure every visit feels worth coming back for. If you love people, love toys, and genuinely enjoy making someone's day, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they walk in
• Help customers find products and answer questions about features, pricing, and special orders
• Share your knowledge — and enthusiasm — about our products, including hands-on demos when possible
• Inform customers about discounts, promotions, and our rewards program
• Handle customer checkouts
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best
• Handle customer concerns promptly and with a positive attitude
• Share customer feedback with your Store Manager
• Attend team meetings
• Make someone's day a little brighter

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
• A friendly, clear communicator who can connect with kids and adults alike
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• A genuinely positive attitude (it's contagious)
