About the role
The Part-Time Retail Sales Associate will assist the Store Manager with the daily operation of our retail store. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will help create a positive shopping experience while supporting store operations and representing our company with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and providing recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise
- Participate in store events and promotions
- Support the Store Manager with inventory management and other operational tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
