Role: Retail Sales AssociateLocation: Casa Grande, Arizona, United StatesEmployment Type: Full-timePayout: Competitive, based on experience Role OverviewThe Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers select home furnishings that suit their needs and preferences. This role combines consultative sales, customer service, sales order processing, and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver an outstanding customer and guest experience by maintaining a welcoming, professional, and respectful presence.Engage customers and provide home furnishings product knowledge to support purchasing decisions and room design needs.Accurately and efficiently process sales orders while adhering to established cash-handling protocols.Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required while maintaining thorough documentation of sales transactions.Address customer concerns independently whenever possible to support customer satisfaction.Assist with store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists.Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including participation in bi-annual inventory checks.Meet or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and performance standards while completing additional tasks assigned by management Required Skills & QualificationsLegally authorized to work in the United States.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.One year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.Ability to lift, tug, and pull up to 25 lbs. with or without accommodation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable and customer-focused manner.Ability to communicate information in a motivating manner that encourages action.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Reliable attendance and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, customer-focused environment More About the OpportunityThis opportunity is well suited to a sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships and helping customers make informed home furnishing decisions.
