Responsibilities

• Help customers find and purchase outdoor furniture solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each interaction is memorable and enjoyable.
• Assist in maintaining store displays and ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and services.

Pay

Compensation includes a guaranteed hourly pay rate, commission ranging from 2.5% to 5.0%, and additional incentives paid at 20%. Unlimited earning potential is also available.
