About the role

As a Sales Associate, your objective will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers to promote an excellent customer experience.
• Inform merchandisers and managers about stocking needs.
• Ensure all visual standards set by management and the company are maintained.
• Problem-solve customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
• Provide high-touch assistance to VIP clientele to ensure retention.
• Stay up-to-date on current product assortment to serve as an informed brand ambassador.
• Actively follow instructions from management or superiors.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules, and the company’s code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in work meetings.
• Maintain shift punctuality and proactively communicate obstacles to management.
• Leverage your style and community connections to serve as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing customer experience.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
