Retail Sales Associate

About the Role

Retail Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer shopping experience by greeting our guests and keeping our stores in-stock, clean, and organized. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will support the manager in day-to-day operations. You will be cross-trained in all areas of the store, gaining valuable operations experience. We operate 1500+ sites across the United States, offering growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a warm welcome and a smile to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.
• Brew coffee, stock shelves, coolers, and freezers.
• Maintain a clean store by working as a team to uphold impeccable standards.
• Contribute to delivering the best experience to guests by participating in all parts of the job.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members.
• High energy and ability to move quickly between tasks.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to help others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours a day, reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, grasp, and grip.
• Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work in cooler temperatures (cold environments).
• Availability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays, as stores may be open 24 hours.
• Occasional travel (5%) to nearby stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 3-6 months of retail or guest service restaurant experience.
• Preferred: High School diploma or GED.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay

In the spirit of pay transparency, we’re sharing the base salary range for this position. Final pay within this range will be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications. Base pay represents just one part of our total rewards approach.

Schedule

• Available as part-time (up to 29 hours) or full-time (30-40 hours).
• Variety of hours, including day and night shifts, as stores may be open 24 hours.
• Weekend and holiday hours required.
