About the role

Retail Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer shopping experience by greeting guests and keeping stores in-stock, clean, and organized. You will support the manager in day-to-day operations, gain cross-training in all areas of the store, and contribute to delivering the best experience to guests. This role offers growth opportunities across 1,500+ sites in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile to deliver exceptional customer service
• Operate the cash register efficiently
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with varied daily tasks
• Brew coffee, stock shelves, coolers, and freezers
• Maintain store cleanliness and impeccable standards as part of a team
• Work weekends and holidays, as stores are open year-round
• Participate in all aspects of store operations

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with guests and team members
• High energy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a willingness to support others
• Basic computer skills
• Preferred: 3–6 months of retail or guest service experience
• Preferred: ServSafe/Food Safety certification (not mandatory)

Schedule

Available as part-time (up to 29 hours) or full-time (30–40 hours). Hours vary, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, as stores may operate 24 hours. Occasional travel to nearby stores (5% travel).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Stand or walk for up to 8 hours per day
• Reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, grasp, and grip
• Work in cooler environments (cold temperatures)
• Moderate noise level in the work environment
• Specialized attire required for food establishments

Pay

In the spirit of pay transparency, we share the base salary range for this position. Final pay within this range will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Base pay is one part of our total rewards, which also include financial and non-financial benefits.
