Retail Sales Associate

Summary/Objective

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales by curating client relationships through creating an exceptional and unique experience supporting our brand.

Essential Functions

• Achieve sales goals through selling, building, and maintaining client relationships and adhering to all CRM requirements
• Assist and follow up with Clients on special orders, repairs, and custom requests
• Display a thorough comprehension of, and remain up to date on, Product Knowledge and Company news
• Process transactions through the POS and/or other systems to service Clients
• Maintain an accurate inventory through completing inventory checks and cycle counts
• Maintain visual integrity of the Store, including stocking and restocking of merchandise, updating displays, and presenting product in accordance with Chrome Hearts guidelines
• Build and maintain good working relationships with Management Team, Peers, and other Chrome Hearts Store Teams
• Adhere to all retail policies and procedures
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High degree of integrity working with sensitive information
• Recommended minimum of 2 years of Sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
• Proficient in the use of a POS system
• Strong team player
• Foreign language skills are a plus
• Flexible availability to include working some nights, weekends, and holidays

The Pay Range For This Role Is 75,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Retail - Las Vegas)
