Retail Sales Associate
About the role
Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for its growing team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, leading the department, assisting and mentoring colleagues, promoting company programs, maintaining product knowledge, and selling to customers. The position also includes maintaining store appearance, stocking, and performing general housekeeping duties, and may involve cross-training to perform other duties.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous Retail experience preferred
- Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends
- May hold up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Qualifications
For the role, high school education or equivalent is required, with previous retail experience being preferred. Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal. Candidates must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic, and be able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends. They should also be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices, and be prepared to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a positive attitude are key. Familiarity with company programs such as warranty sales and Good Sam memberships is beneficial.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $30,000 - $60,000 or more, depending on factors such as skill set, experience, and training. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
Schedule
Flexible retail schedule including evening and weekend shifts is available.
