Retail Sales Associate

About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will ensure every customer receives the best service while promoting company programs and maintaining strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Lead department and assist/mentor colleagues
• Consistently promote company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships
• Establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers
• Maintain store appearance, including stocking and general housekeeping duties
• Cross-train to perform other duties as needed
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Superior customer service and excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
