Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize personal sales results
- Cultivate genuine customer connections where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued
- Generate leads for current and future Bonobos business
- Consistently achieve personal sales goals
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Essential Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales or relevant experience
- Knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit
Preferred Qualifications
- Collaborative team player driven by relationship building
- Self-starter valuing self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy, and positive energy
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay
$19.00 – $28.00 per hour (actual compensation depends on location, education, skills, and experience)
