Bonobos, launched online in 2007 with its signature line of chinos, now offers a full wardrobe of better-fitting men’s clothing. The brand provides a unique, appointment-based retail experience through 50 Guideshop locations, delivering one-on-one service and expert fit advice in a non-traditional retail setting.

About the role

Bonobos is seeking a Guide (Retail Sales Associate) for our Century City Guideshop. As a Guide, you will be customer-obsessed, fit-focused, incentive-driven, and a sales powerhouse. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences in a unique retail environment, offering a best-in-class product assortment of better-fitting men’s clothing for every occasion.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize personal sales results.
• Cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
• Generate leads for current and future Bonobos business.
• Consistently achieve personal sales goals.
• Work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.

Skills

• Collaborative, with a focus on relationship building.
• Self-starter with strong self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy, and positive energy.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

$19.00 - $28.00 per hour, dependent on factors including work location, education, relevant skills, and experience.
