About the role

Our Retail Sales Associates provide a first-class experience by offering excellent products and customer service to meet each customer's specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a rapport with our customers and pair them with the best products and services to meet their needs
• Provide stellar customer service throughout the entire buying process including installation
• Address and solve concerns immediately
• Visit job sites to measure for products and assess installation needs
• Enter customer orders and payments into our computer system accurately and timely
• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom
• Promote and share product knowledge among the other sales consultants
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to process customer orders in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing and internal operations
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Time and detail oriented
• Friendly and outgoing
• Able to communicate on a professional level with individuals or groups both verbally and in writing
• Reliable transportation for use when home measurements are required
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week with a varied schedule which includes weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
