Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests professionally
- Identify and meet guest needs
- Ensure guests choose the right tools or equipment
- Handle sales transactions, including closing, invoicing, and product loading
- Provide sales quotes and assist with equipment purchases
- Follow up with customers
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Participate in store events
- Prioritize safety standards while completing assigned tasks efficiently
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Proven communication skills
- The ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk for the duration of your shift
- Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
