About the role

Acme Tools in Bismarck, ND is excited to bring on board a full-time Retail Sales Associate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by professionally welcoming and assisting guests, understanding their requirements and needs, and guiding them to the right tools or equipment.
• Manage sales transactions, including closing, invoicing, and product loading, while staying informed about Acme Tools' product offerings.
• Serve as the go-to person for customer inquiries, providing sales quotes, assisting with equipment purchases, following up with customers, and maintaining a tidy, well-organized sales floor.
• Actively engage in store events and uphold safety standards while efficiently completing assigned tasks.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Proven communication skills
• Willingness to work a rotating Saturday shift

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for the duration of your shift
• Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
