Responsibilities

• Help customers find and purchase outdoor furniture solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
• Engage in friendly, professional interactions with customers to provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and ordering.
• Present products effectively and answer questions about features, benefits, and care instructions.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure displays are attractive and appealing.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Passion for outdoor living and a desire to help others create their dream spaces.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Pay

Guaranteed hourly pay plus commission from 2.5% to 5.0%, and additional incentives paid at 20%.
