Retail Sales Associate - Arbor Place

About the role

We’re looking for a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for our customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Treating all customers and employees with respect and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Promoting loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Selling products by engaging and connecting with customers through suggestive selling.
• Enhancing the customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Supporting sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handling customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Executing operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Be a good communicator with the ability to interact with customers and your team to meet goals.
• Have a customer-focused service orientation both on and off the sales floor to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
• Be passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback, and takes action as required.
• Agree to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.00.
