Retail Sales Associate - $21+/hr, daytime hours, no Sundays!

Join a locally owned, stable, and expanding company. Acme Tools is eager to welcome you to our team as a full-time Retail Sales Associate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service by professionally welcoming and assisting valued customers.
• Identify and guide customers towards the right tools or equipment based on their unique needs.
• Handle sales transactions, including closing, invoicing, and product loading.
• Stay informed about Acme Tools' product offerings to serve as the go-to expert, fielding customer inquiries, generating sales quotes, facilitating equipment purchases, and providing post-sale follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Participate in store events.
• Prioritize safety standards while completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• 1 year or more of customer service experience.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Proven communication skills.
• The ability to work a rotating Saturday shift.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
• Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
