About the role

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate position with hourly pay $10.75 – $13.00 plus unlimited commission (2‑8% based on performance). The role involves assisting customers with sales, loans, product inquiries, pawn and short‑term loan services, processing transactions, evaluating merchandise, maintaining store appearance, handling cash, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short‑term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer‑focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
