Retail Sales Assistants
About the role
The Club is continuing its rapid growth both on and off the pitch, expanding its commercial footprint. Last year we launched a new retail store in Birmingham’s Bullring shopping centre – a first‑of‑its‑kind collaboration between adidas and Aston Villa Football Club, combining adidas Originals, apparel, sportswear and official Club merchandise. We also reopened our improved ‘Claret, Blue and Brand New’ Villa Park store with a brand‑new entrance, external wrap‑around screening with cutting‑edge forced perspective video, a grab‑and‑go refreshments station and a green‑screen photo experience. Both stores offer unique retail experiences, constantly expanding and enhancing our product range to bring supporters closer to the Club.
We are building our teams in both stores to bring this unique retail experience to life. Exciting opportunities exist for Retail Sales Assistants who will form our ‘front of house’ team, bringing energy and creating an inclusive, welcoming customer shopping experience. Various contracts are available across the stores, and you will work on a weekly rota communicated in advance.
