Responsibilities
- Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock.
- Build relationships and rapport with customers and the team.
- Gain knowledge to inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets.
- Be physically fit, able to lift products up to 20kgs.
- Work weekends and public holidays as required.
Requirements
- A passion for animals and providing the best customer service.
- Experience in a similar retail environment.
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
