About the role

At Asda Travel Money, in partnership with Travelex, we deliver fantastic customer service and help customers start their journeys with confidence. As a Travel Service Partner, you'll join a friendly team in one of our Bureaux, supporting customers with travel money needs and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and build relationships
• Understand and address customer travel money needs
• Offer expert advice and convert interest into sales
• Achieve and exceed team sales targets
• Process foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately
• Work collaboratively with the team to drive performance and celebrate successes
• Follow company processes to ensure everything runs smoothly

Requirements

A great communicator with a passion for great customer service, someone who actively listens to understand customer needs, and creates a fantastic experience. A positive, can-do attitude, ready to learn, grow, and develop as part of the team.

Qualifications

No specific qualifications are required, but a strong background in customer service or a related field is beneficial.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Knowledge of travel money products and services
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

Pay & Schedule

The pay is £13.50 per hour with a monthly bonus. Hours are 18 per week.
