Retail Sales Analyst- Little Rock, AR
About the role
This role supports key retail and distribution accounts and works closely with Account Managers, customers, and company leadership to help improve sales performance, support promotions, track opportunities, and ensure customer commitments are executed successfully.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, inventory, and customer performance data
- Support major retail and distribution accounts
- Aid Account Managers with business reviews and customer presentations
- Build Excel-based reports to identify sales trends and opportunities
- Track promotions, pricing initiatives, and account performance
- Support forecasting and inventory planning efforts
- Maintain customer requests, action items, and project timelines
- Help ensure commitments to customers are completed accurately and on time
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to support business growth
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with sales data
- Hightly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
- Comfortable working directly with sales teams and customer-facing departments

Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting retail customers, distributors, grocery, convenience, mass retail, club, or consumer products accounts
- Experience using Excel for reporting, forecasting, or sales tracking
- Presentation experience with PowerPoint
