Retail Sale Associate (Part Time)

About the role

A Retail Sales Associate focused on delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Lead and assist colleagues, including mentoring team members
• Promote company programs such as warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships
• Develop strong product knowledge and sell to customers
• Maintain store appearance, including stocking and general housekeeping duties
• Cross-train to perform other duties as needed
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Superior customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and/or moving up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Comfortable with prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Pay

A reasonable estimate of total annual compensation (base pay + variable commission) is $30,000 – $60,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
