Description: Full-time/Part-time Description Salary: $24.50 - $27.50/hour ($17.50/hour + tips, which average an additional $5-$7/hour) FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt Schedule: This is a part-time to full-time, on-call position with shifts assigned based on business needs. Complete open availability is required for all days, with hours ranging from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Employees must be willing to work at least 64 hours per pay period. Requirements: What You’ll Do: Deliver warm, helpful customer service and greet and direct guests.Handle cash and customer transactions accurately.Heat, serve, and hold food at proper temperatures according to health codes.Stock and maintain the sales floor, displays, and service areas.Prepare espresso drinks, teas, specialty drinks, and alcoholic beverages as needed.Set up and break down kitchen lines and grill stations.Prep food according to pars and follow proper food storage, labeling, sanitation, and hygiene standards.Assist with dishwashing, bussing tables, sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment, disposing of trash and recycling, and maintaining a clean work area.Work at multiple locations across the Portland area.Communicate waste, equipment repair needs, and operational concerns to supervisors. What Were Looking For: Barista experience preferred but not requiredFood Handler’s card or ServSafe certification.OLCC certificationA genuine passion for hospitality and team developmentReliability, accountability, and a collaborative mindsetValid driver’s license.Reliable personal vehicle for travel between deli locations.Ability to stand for 8+ hours with occasional breaks and occasionally reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less.
