Role Overview

Provide in-store merchandising support to enhance shopping experiences by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps to attract shoppers
• Reset shelves with proper product rotation
• Track inventory levels and ensure store availability
• Travel regularly, with potential travel up to 50% or more

Qualifications & Skills

• Age 18 or older with reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, self-starter with results-driven attitude
• Capable of working independently and in teams
• Safety-conscious in retail settings
