Retail Reset Associate - Nights

Job Summary

Love organizing and rearranging? Join our reset team and get to give stores a fresh look! We are looking for Reset and Remodel Associates to efficiently reset and rearrange store shelves according to defined planograms. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working independently and providing excellent service, while making a visible impact in the retail environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform tasks including but not limited to store resets, remodels, reading and acting on planograms, and cleaning and resetting products, shelves, pegs, and tags.
• Work in solo and team environments, embodying our values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
• Deliver excellence to each project, focusing on customer dedication, safety, and security.

What You Need

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail, Reset, Remodel, or Merchandising experience is a plus.
• Experience working with planograms and full components of a reset.
• Proven ability to work in solo and team environments.
• Effective customer relations skills to always deliver exceptional service.

Working Conditions

• Part-time project position requiring the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods, use hands and wrists regularly, and perform repetitive motions.
• Requires frequent standing and working in low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
• Occasional travel may be required via plane or automobile, including overnight stays.
