Retail Reset Associate - Nights

About the role

Love organizing and rearranging? Join our reset team and get to give stores a fresh look! We are looking for Reset and Remodel Associates to efficiently reset and rearrange store shelves according to defined planograms. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working independently and providing excellent service, while making a visible impact in the retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks including but not limited to store resets, remodels, reading and acting on planograms, and cleaning and resetting products, shelves, pegs, and tags.

• Support projects for our customers in a variety of retail, grocery, and warehouse environments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail, Reset, Remodel, or Merchandising experience is a plus.
• Ability to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned.
• Experience working with planograms and full components of a reset, to deliver excellence to each project is preferred.
• Proven ability to work in solo and team environments.
• Effective customer relations skills to always deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Returning to the workforce.
• Military experience.
• No high school or college degree.
• Experience in Retail, Reset, Remodel, Construction, Customer Service, Driver, and/or Warehouse work.
• Access to reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for prolonged periods.
• Hands and wrists regularly including repetitive motions.
• Low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
• Frequent standing.

Pay

Starting at $18.00-$19.00

Schedule

This position is primarily Overnight work that focuses on completing reset projects for local retailers.
