We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities (Job Duties), Requirements, Benefits, Schedule (maybe). Also maybe Work Atmosphere/Physical Demands? Not required heading list includes: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include only sections with real content. We have About The Role content: paragraph. Job Duties: list of duties. Requirements: list. Benefits: list. Schedule: they have "Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Schedule 10-hour shift 8-hour shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekend availability required". So schedule details. We should not include Pay (none). No Qualifications/Skills separate; maybe combine with Requirements? But we can have Requirements section. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Also remove "Apply today..." etc? That's maybe promotional but not boilerplate; but it's part of "Why JARS Cannabis?" maybe we could include as part of About the role? Actually "Why JARS Cannabis?" is a section about company values; not in allowed headings list. We could either omit or maybe include as part of About the role? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The allowed headings list is just examples; we can add other headings if they have content? It says: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are the headings we should use; we likely should stick to those. So we should not create a "Why JARS Cannabis?" heading. We could incorporate that content into About the role or maybe omit. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the "Why JARS Cannabis?" content somewhere. If we don't have a heading for it, we could put it under About the role as a paragraph? But About the role already has its own paragraph. Could we add another

under About the role? The heading is About the role; we can have multiple paragraphs under it. So we can put the "Why JARS Cannabis?" content as a paragraph after the About the role description. Similarly, "Work Atmosphere/Physical Demands" could be placed under Responsibilities? Not exactly. Could be its own section but not in allowed headings. Could we treat it as part of Requirements? Not really. Maybe we can include it under Responsibilities as additional duties? But it's about physical demands. Could be placed under Requirements? Not ideal. However, we must preserve all substantive info. We could create a section "Work Atmosphere/Physical Demands" but not in allowed headings list; but the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we could add other headings if needed. But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we can incorporate physical demands into Responsibilities or Requirements as a list. Better: Add a section "Work Atmosphere & Physical Demands" as

    Work Atmosphere & Physical Demands

    with a
    • list. That seems reasonable. Similarly, "Job Types: Full-time, Part-time" could be part of Schedule section. We must not include Pay section. We must not include duplicated lines. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove the EEO paragraph and the background check lines? Those are legal/EEO. Remove them. Also remove "Apply today and become a part of the JARS Cannabis family!" maybe considered application instruction; remove. Also remove "Per CRA guidelines, all candidates are subject to a State of Michigan background search. Any candidates with a felony within the past 10 years for a controlled substance or distribution to minors will not be considered." That's legal/EEO; remove. Now compile. Structure:

      About the role

The Retail Representative works closely and collaboratively with store leadership and reports to the General Manager. Successful candidates will complete mandatory training through JARS University - conducted both virtually and in-person at our mock-store training facility - ensuring staff are well-educated on JARS' policies, procedures, and company culture.

Then maybe a paragraph about Why JARS Cannabis? Could be under same heading? Might be better to add a separate heading "Why JARS Cannabis?" but not in list. However we could incorporate as a paragraph under About the role after the first paragraph. Let's add another

after that: "At JARS Cannabis, we pride ourselves on being more than just a retailer – we are a community. Our values of Impact, Daring, Nimble, Playful, and Gritty are at the heart of everything we do." Then list each value with description? Could be a

. But we can keep as prose. But we need to preserve all substantive info: the descriptions of each value. Could be a
        • each. Let's do:
