Responsibilities
- Lead a team of ~1,500 field representatives to execute sales strategies
- Translate national retail strategies into regional action plans
- Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions for excellence
- Develop and coach team members for accountability and engagement
- Manage a $1.5B regional P&L and resource allocation
- Optimize route-to-market and workforce planning through analytics
- Partner with key customers and teams to enhance brand execution
Qualifications
- 15+ years in CPG Sales or Retail Execution
- Experience leading large multi-level teams (1,000+ employees)
- Strong knowledge of retail channel dynamics and KPIs
- Proven success with major customers (Walmart, Kroger, Target)
- Demonstrated P&L and budget management skills
- Experience with data and technology transformation
- Deep experience in Food & Beverage
- Must have DSD model experience
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Pay
$174,100 – $287,265 annually
