We are seeking a Retail Recruiter to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best associates while growing a strong talent pool.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for store positions.
• Shop competitors and other retail establishments to identify and attract talent.
• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other methods.
• Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges, and mall recruitment sites.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to management.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Assist management with paperwork and hiring processes in the Kronos HR/Payroll system.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Retail Recruiter.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including in-person recruiting, online interviews, phone interviewing, and reference checks.
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.

Pay

$67,000–$72,000
