About The Role Ana Luisa is seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Retail Recruiter to support the growth and staffing needs of our retail organization. This role will own the full recruitment lifecycle for retail positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with store leadership and the People Team to attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. Reports to: Senior HRBP Location: Midwest/ East Coast Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail positions including Stylists, Keyholders, Assistant Store Managers, and Store ManagersPost and maintain job openings across all approved recruiting platformsSource qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreachBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsConduct initial candidate screenings and assess qualifications against role requirements Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple locationsManage candidate communications throughout the hiring processEnsure candidates receive timely updates and next stepsDeliver a positive and professional candidate experience from application through offer stageMaintain candidate response times within established service-level expectations Offer Management & Hiring Administration Conduct reference checks for final candidatesPrepare and issue offer letters in partnership with the People TeamTrack offer acceptance and maintain accurate hiring recordsTransition accepted candidates to the HR team for onboarding and new hire processing Recruiting Operations Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Ensure timely dispositioning of candidates throughout the hiring processMonitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring progressProvide regular recruiting updates to hiring managers and People leadership Qualifications Required 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within retail, hospitality, consumer brands, or multi-location environmentsExperience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneouslyStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alikeExperience using JazzHr and Monday. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications Preferred Experience recruiting for retail leadership positionsExperience supporting new store openings or high-volume hiring initiativesFamiliarity with multi-state hiring practicesExperience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organizationCompensation Range: $30–$34 per hour, commensurate with experience Powered by JazzHR NqCw0l196I
