The Bernard Group is looking for a Retail Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Distribution Center team in Shakopee, MN.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and checks to ensure graphic elements align with company standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Record observations in a database format and provide insights for process improvement.
• Collaborate with team members, manage data, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Safely perform quality control inspections, checks, and tests of graphic elements to ensure proper parts match the assortment overview.
• Inspect materials, parts, and products before final kit.
• Ensure finished products meet and exceed customer expectations in organization and quality.
• Identify and address quality issues or discrepancies promptly, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain product quality requirements using predetermined QC methods.
• Complete visual inspection of graphics and elements to ensure they are free from defects.
• Maintain organized work area by keeping space and equipment clean and orderly.
• Instruct and train other RQACs and communicate with the Retail Program Manager about any issues.
