About the role

Store associate at the Balt-Whitmarshd location responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with product location, ensuring a fast and friendly checkout, and supporting store operations including truck unloading, merchandising, and omni‑channel processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop the store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Execute cash handling to standards while providing a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
