Retail Project Manager-Only Local to WA
Lead multiple retail projects
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource plans.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
Cook up with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Track project progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, executive presentations, and stakeholder communications.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure projects align with business objectives, compliance standards, and organizational governance.
Drive continuous process improvements and promote Agile best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project Management experience.
- 3+ years managing Retail or E-commerce projects.
- Strong experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large retail organizations such as Costco, Walmart, Target, Kroger, or similar.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certification.
- Experience with Retail POS, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Inventory Management, or Digital Commerce projects.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
