Retail Production Associate

Thrift World is seeking dedicated employees to join our team as Retail Production Associates, playing a crucial role in our store's success.

About the role

Help sort, process, and prepare donations for sale to customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort through donations to determine quality and value
• Price items according to company guidelines
• Stock shelves and racks with merchandise
• Assist customers with finding and purchasing items
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Team player with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Previous retail or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Passion for thrift shopping
• Must complete a background check to be considered

Pay

$15.50 per hour

Schedule

Full time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm
