Retail Print Manager

About the role

The Retail Print Manager oversees print sales and services in a high-volume store, driving sales growth, ensuring high-quality print production, and fostering a customer-centric environment aligned with company values.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and deliver exceptional customer service in print and across the store.
• Train and develop associates on print processes, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Manage print equipment, supplies, and operational efficiency to meet quality and timeliness standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and loss prevention as an External Key Carrier, including opening and closing duties.
• Support team performance through coaching, feedback, and performance assessments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience, including management and print operations.
• Proficiency with PC applications, POS systems, and print-related technology.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
